When you place an order or request a quote, we need to know your name, e-mail address and mailing address. (your state is needed to calculate shipping charges) This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. Additionally, when you enter a contest or other promotional feature, we may ask for your name, address, and e-mail address so we can administer the contest and notify winners. Payment information is collected once your order is finalized. We may also use the information we collect to occasionally notify you about important functionality changes to the web site, ABNIS services, and special offers we think you'll find valuable. You will only receive this information if you opt to subscribe to our email newsletter. If you would rather not receive this information, visit any page on our site to unsubscribe.

Unlike most of our competitors, we do NOT charge any restocking fees on returned product. Just make sure to set up your return within 10 days of your purchase, send the fixture or ceiling fan back un-installed and in the original packaging, and you will get a full refund! (less shipping)
The following items may be returned for a refund:
Merchandise that has not been removed from its original packing.
Merchandise that was mispacked or was not shipped correctly.
Merchandise that has not been installed.
Clearance items will be marked as such, and do not qualify for return unless defective.
Returns can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
Exchanges can only be made within 30 days of receiving your product(s).
All returns must be over $45 in total value. Any return for less than this total amount may not be permitted.
Merchandise must have not been damaged in freight transit.
Some items Abni’s Lighting sells are not available in our web catalog but can be purchased over the phone. If you purchase a special order item by contacting or calling our number it may not be returnable or may be subject to a restocking fee. When you call, a sales associate will notify you of any applicable return charges. If defective, you may only exchange these items for the same product. Please call our customer service number if you are uncertain about any part of this return policy or if you have unanswered questions. To receive a refund, all returned merchandise must be in resalable condition, free from scratches and defects. You can also cancel items that have not been shipped yet. To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, please call our customer service department immediately. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled, and you will have to process a general return.
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note: we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
We will do our best to process the return quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original purchasing credit card account number only. If you paid by check please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.
